Latest ps for Chef Mickey breakfast

I have a 11:10 ps for Chef Mickey's breakfast on our last day. It never occured to me (till I just read a post on another question) that the food may not be good and fresh! Do you think it will still be good? Have any of you had this late of a breakfast?

We had a similar PS time on our last trip. We did not notice the food to be stale or not fresh. We thought it was great! But I have never been at an earlier time, so I can't compare. We loved this PS time because it was a "brunch" and we didn't have to eat again until dinner!
