:yay:We are taking a family vacation to WDW in July. Over the past year, our 12 year old DS has lost 40 pounds totally on his own! :rainbow:He tries to eat No Sugar Added or Fat Free ice cream when he does eat ice cream. Anyone that has been recently-do you remember seeing any in the parks?
Thanks for your help with this!:wave2:

My husband can't eat sugar so we always try to find sugar free as well. Butter pecan was the only no sugar added ice cream we found in the parks. I know the ice cream place on main street had it in the Magic Kingdom. I'm not sure about sugar free ice cream in the other parks though. But there is a no sugar added chocolate mouse in the Norway sweets shop that is really good, it if its still there.

Thanks for starting this thread. Over the last year+ I have lost over 60lbs on weight watchers (I hope mentioning them doesn't break any posting rules) and I want to go about another 20. Most lower point desserts are the ones with no sugar added, so I would like to know the answer to this as well. I just figured I would be stuck and never thought to ask this question.

I'm pretty sure there is one offering at the ice cream place in France and know there is one at the ice cream parlor in the Dolphin because I get it every time.

Almost all of the TS restaurants will have some sort of no sugar added dessert option. Counter service maybe a little tougher to find. I suggest using Disney food blog's site to help find no sugar added anything as they list the menu options. AllEars does too. Links provided below.

It can be done but does take a bit of planning. I would also recommend, if you don't see it, ask. Sometimes there are options that are not easily seen or widely publicised as menus change often.

Just saw the posted pictures of the renovation at Ale and Compass (YC) and in the picture of frozen foods was HALO TOP ice cream!!!

Yikes its my favorite, I actually prefer it over almost any other kind of ice cream!

They use Stevia as the sweetner...not sure if its fat-free though...I don't do fake fat substitutes.

Hoping to find HALO TOP at all the resorts now (fingers/crossed)

HALO TOP!!!!!!! I'm here now, staying at Coronado, and it might be worth an Uber drive to go get it! I've lost 47 lbs in the last 16 mos and have no intention of putting any of it back on. Although I said I'd allow myself a treat or two on this trip, I passed by Ghiardelli about three times last night w/o batting an eyelash.

Thanks everyone!:yay:
I've been checking the most recent menus and have found different items that are sugar-free or no sugar added. PM me and I'll send you the websites I found these on!

BOG has an amazing lemon rasberry cream puff, no sugar added. My mom's been diabetic for 20 years and it is her all time favorite sugar free dessert. My husband got it too because he loves lemon, and he loved it too.
