How Photopass Share works:
1. Everyone will pay their portion when we close the group to new members. The final amount is still to be determined. Word is the DL CD is now $59.95+ $5 shipping that Disney charges on to send the orignal CD that will come to me. This works out to about $9.30 pp. We would then need to add a small amount for CD/DVDs, Jewel Cases, mailers, and postage. This will likely add $3-$4 per person to the cost so we are looking at around $13.30 pp. I will verify shipping/ supply costs and get a more accurate cost to everyone within a week or so. Payment can be made with money orders sent to me or I can accept paypal. With paypal payment there would be an additional paypal fees.
2. Go on your trip and take LOTS of pictures! There is NO limit to the amount of pictures you can take! When you start your trip you will get a photopass card from any photopass photographer in the parks. Your photographer will then scan your card. Take as many pictures as you want !! Stop every photopass photographer you see. They are great opportunities to get the entire family in those pictures ! You can use multiple cards but it is easiest for you to try and use the same card as much as possible. You can also upload any digital photos taken on the trip to the account as well.
4. When you return home DO NOT create your own photopass account to view your photos If you create your own account with your pictures, you will no longer be eligible for this Photopass share. You can either email me your photopass information and I will then enter it or you can enter your photopass #s into the group account yourself. I will email our group account login info to you the day your trip is ending. ( If you do enter your information into another account there will be no way for us to change this and you will then need to order your own photo cd).
5. After everyone has entered/ editted their pictures, I will order our CDs from Disney. This will take about 2 weeks to arrive sometimes a little quicker. I will let everyone know as soon as I receive the CDs from Disney.
6. Once I get the CD from Disney, I will burn each family a CD(s), or if the Aussies/Kiwis want to be a part of it and its easiar/cheaper to ship to 1 person there and have them burn/mail for the rest I will do that as well. I will mail out everyone's CDs in a standard jewel case in a padded mailer. If we end up with multiple CDs and you would rather have a DVD, I will burn a DVD instead if it will work.
