Late reservation right before park close

Hi we have an ADR for Tusker House at 5:40 on a day that the park closes at 6:00. Will we still get the same experience, with enough time to eat and meet characters? Do you know if they keep refreshing the buffet towards closing time? I just want to make sure we can enjoy our meal without feeling rushed. Thanks in advance

We often do the last reservation of the night (which would probably be 5:55 for a 6 pm close), including at tusker house. We've never felt rushed with the characters or meal, or shortchanged on food. Fresh food does keep coming out, including desserts. When you leave the restaurant, cast members may escort you to the exit, but that's about it. Enjoy!
