Late night transportation options from USO to Major blvd/vineland?

Staying at a hotel at the intersection of vineland/major. They said they had a free shuttle. We called and as it turns out their last shuttle is 8pm! What option are there? We understand walking, but it's going to be nearly 2 miles from the city walk. How much do taxis charge? Is there any city transportation or shuttle that stop by?

The hotels on Vineland and Major are probably less than a mile. But I wouldn't want to walk late at night. When you leave citywalk, just walk toward the parking lot and look for the signs that say "taxis, buses, guest pickup." Take the escalator down and there are taxis waiting there at all hours of the night. It will cost less than $10 via taxi to get to your hotel (probably more like $5).

Come to think of it, for four people would people assume a taxi would be under $12? Unsure if they charge $5/head. Wondering if we're better off to pay the parking fee and drive...

If one of your party is willing to be designated driver then your best bet would be to drive.(Gives you more freedom that way) I don't think they charge per person but I am not sure on this. Someone else may know more if they have taken one or you could call a taxi service and ask their policy before you leave for parks in morning.

It is such a short distance, I seriously doubt that it would even cost $10 total for all 4 people. Here's a taxi fare estimator;

Driving can be a hassle when the parks are full. it can take a long time to just get out of the parking lot. Taxis are much quicker. Plus if you drive, you will have to pay $12 for parking each day.
