Late night eats/drinks at Disney

Are there spots at any of the Disney resorts that are open later than 10pm for eating/drinking? I had assumed that the lounge at Wilderness Lodge would be open late, but it appears to close at 10pm. I'd like a place to get a drink after a loooong day in the parks, but perhaps I'll just have to BMOB into my room?

Trader Sam's over at the Poly is open until Midnight.
Geyser Point Bar & Grill at WL is open until Midnight too.

Crew's Cup Lounge at Yacht Club closes at 11:00. ESPN Club on Boardwalk at 11 as well. Phin at Swan & Dolphin till midnight. The Wave lounge is open until 1 am.

Three Bridges Bar & Grill has very good food and sits in the middle of the lake with great views of the Gran Destino Tower. It's open until 12am, CSR.

Say I go to Trader Sam's late-ish, can I still get the monorail back to Contemporary then the boat back to WL?
Can I get back to WL on Disney Transport somehow?
