Late May, Early June Question

Does the weather differ very much from the las 2 weeks of May to the 1st week of June? Heat or rainfall? We went in July, it rained a little show almost daily, but the heat, it was like being on the face of the sun.

I haven't been in July, but I wouldn't think June is as hot. But, then I'm from Texas so June seems like normal weather to me.

We have been twice in June and haven't had too much rain. It didn't rain every day.
