My Fiance and I are going on our Disneymoon from July 26 to August 2. Will we NEED to make PS reservations ahead of time for those days? My FI is not the "schedule" type... we usually just go with what we're hungry for at the time - if we're hungry at all. We're hoping to eat at some of the restaurants in the World Showcase at Epcot, especially Bistro de Paris, Le Cellier, and Marrakesh. I'm hoping we can get in without PS, even if we have to wait a bit. What do you guys think?? PS and hope we're hungry, or wait in line??

That is an extremely crowded time of the year and you will most likely get turned away if you do not have an AR/PS.

For the places you mentioned, the PS/AR is non-binding (meaning that you won't be charged if you don't show up).

Given how busy it mostly likely will be, it's probably prudent to make a few PS's just in case. If you're not hungry when your PS rolls around just don't show up, and try your luck as a walk-up.

We're going 8/4 through 8/11 and we made all our AR's at the 90 day mark. We got everyone that we requested. At that time of year, and depending on what time you want to eat and where, you may get turned away without an AR.

YES!! Fortuately, it's easier to get tables for 2 than any other size party. I just made ADR's for dh and myself for the end of July/beginning of August. I even had choices as to the times I wanted CA Grill, Le Cellier, CP, and BD. If you wait much longer, I wouldn't count on being able to get a table. I know I had a hard time getting tables for my family of 5 even 90 days out for our May trip!!

I have to say, that yes you will need PS/AR for those restaurants. I've seen MANY parties turned away at Le Cellier and Bistro de Paris without PS/AR. The podium doesn't even wait for you to ask, they ask you what time your PS/AR is for, if you say you don't have one, they say they are sold out and no seats remain for the evening. Not something you want to run into on your honeymoon. If those two restaurants are must do's for you, I'd make PS/AR's otherwise you run the risk of being turned away.
