Late flight coming in 11:30pm or so - car rental agency open?

HI all, I will coming down one night in early-mid Feb to surprise my 2 DS's during their trip with DW and MIL. Since my flight is not coming in until 11:15ish PM and therefore will not hit the car rental agencies until at lest 11:30pm, does anyone have any tips as to whether they are open or not?

Also since I am coming in that late, should I rule out off-site car rentals?

Their hours are listed on their websites. Most onsite agencies are open 24/7.
