late flight arrival questions

We have a 3 way split stay coming up next month. Our first night is at AoA cars suite but our flight does not land until 7:50pm we're using Magical express will our luggage still be delivered the same night? We have 5 kids (ages 2-11) so checking our luggage and not worrying about it is very helpful! Also will quickservice still be open that late? We're feeding the kids before we leave but I'm sure they will be hungry by the time we get to the hotel.

Your luggage will be delivered, but don't expect it until around midnight. DME's goal is to have your luggage to your room within 3 hours of your checking in at that resort. Pack what you need for your first 24 hours in your carry on bags (which it is always smart to do) and then you won't need to stress about when your checked bags will show up.

Quick service will still be open. You can always stop and have a bite to eat in the airport before heading to Magical Express if your kids are really hungry. You are not assigned a specific bus on your way to the resort, only on your way back after your trip.

Landscapes of Flavor(AoA QS) is open until Midnight.

Your luggage is supposed to arrive within 3 hours,if it hasn't,call Lugage Assisitance at AoA and check on it.

you could pack a carry on with what you need for the next day and that first night-- and ask bell services to hold the luggage until the next day. Flying in and arriving late- do you really want to be woken at midnight just to get your luggage

Unless I fly in early ( which usually is the case now ) We get our own bags, and bring them to DME ourselves. This just ashures us that we won't be woken up once we reach our resort room.. The latest that I would let DME handle the bags, would be a 6:00 pm arrival or close to it.
