Late Checkout??

DOES DISNEY EVER ALLOW FOR A LATE CHECK-OUT? WHAT IS THE STANDARD CHECK-OUT TIME? THANK YOU

I believe I read some place on this site, that late check out is 11:00 am

11:00 has been the standard check out time for any of the Disney resorts I've stayed in. We've been able to get check out at noon or 1 PM SOME of the time, but not always.

Sometimes we're told to check at the front desk the night before or the AM that that we're checking out. We're told it depends on how full the resort is and how quickly they need to turn the room around.

You can request a late check out, as we often do. We have gotten noon and 1:00 PM. Just a tip: don't do it over the phone, do it in person. It's easier to say no on the phone, but when you're eye to eye, we have never been decline.

You won't get a late checkout at a DVC resort, though. If you need to leave later than check out, just check out of your room, have them store your luggage and take advantage of the parks.
