Provided you are not staying at a Disney Vacation CLub Resort (Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, Boardwalk VILLAS, Beach CLub VILLAS or the VILLAS at Wilderness Lodge) which do not offer late check outs due to the size of the rooms and amount of time it takes to clean them...You can request a late check out at the front desk (they may have you call housekeeping, it just depends on the hotel). Generally whether or not it is granted is based on a few things, first would be how full the hotel is gloing to be the day of your check out, if they are going to be a 100% occupancy they may not grant it... also they will look at how many late check outs are already set up in your "room block" so that one housekeeper doesn't have more than 2 late check outs.
If they do grant it, there is not charge between 11am and 1pm. From 1pm to 3pm if is 25% of your room rate, from 3pm to 5pm it is 50% of your room rate and anything later than 5pm is full charge for the night.
Keep in mind to that if they can not accomodate the late check out you can have your luggage stored with bell services and you can still use the facilites of the hotel, there are showers and changing rooms at the pool.
