Late Breakfast ADR at Ohana's---Characters?

I have a 10:55 ressie at Ohana's for our trip...do the characters make sure that they come to every table or do they leave when the restaurant "stops" breakfast, at 11. And does the restaurant try to rush you out when you have a later ressie like mine?
