Late August Crowds (?)

Hi- been a long time reader of these boards since the last WDW visit last year. Then, we went at the beginning of July- crowds were not bad at all. Maybe going around the last 2 weeks of august/ first couple of days in september in 2005 - would the crowds be easing off from the summer then? Or would the visitor numbers be higher than the last visit? Thanks for any help!

We have gone the third week in August and the crowds have been managable. They do tend to get smaller after the end of the third week but spike for Labor Day week-end. After that Monday of Labor Day week-end, it gets pretty slow.

Went late August 02 and 03.
Crowds werent bad at all. Max wait time for us was 15 mins if that. They will thin out as the week goes on but weekend of Sep 3/4/5 will be very crowded as it is Labor day. People trying to get one more trip in.
If you are there that day, plan ahead. Know what you want to do. Take life as it comes and just relax. After Monday it will clear out.
