Late arrival - can you call to get your room earlier

We will not arrive at VWL until about 6:30 pm. We have a 2BR and studio reserved.

Can I call earlier in the day to check-in and get our room assignments? We really want these two rooms to be close to one another.

You can call and ask that the rooms be close together, but they can not check you in over the phone. You must be physically present at the front desk for them to check the reservation in.
