Late arrival at MCO &DME

I think this is what we are going to do. We are going to go ahead and use our yellow tags. If we are clearly off the plane before 10:00 we are not going to claim our luggage and just have brought to our room the next morning. If we are after the 10:00 cut off time we will go ahead and go claim our luggage and take with us on the bus. Does that seem like a plan that will work? My only concern is using the yellow tag, going to claim our luggage, and it not be there. I know it will end up in our room the next day, but I really don't want to waist that time waiting on luggage that is not coming.

It should be there. Nobody is separating the luggage after 10 PM.
