We will have at least 2 days in the park. The first day we will arrive after lunch. This is the list of attractions we want to cover during our stay

Radiator Springs
Saorin
Toy Story
Grizzly River Run
California Screaming
Tower of Terror (if it's open)
Goofy Sky School
Monsters Inc Ride
Little Mermaid
Mickey fun wheel
Golden Zephyr

Shows World of Color and Frozen Live

Any suggestion on what can we get fast passes, or reasonably low waits (under 30 minutes) or single rider if we arrive late in the park?

One tactic is to pair low return windows with longer standby wait lines. For example....Goofy's usually has a short return window. Pull a Goofy's Sky School FP, go wait in standby for Mickey's Fun Wheel, then go use Goofy's FP and then you are eligible to pull another FP right away having already done 2 attractions.

Wait times are relative and depend a lot on crowd levels, so get familiar with the app and start checking it as you make your way to the entrance. It will tell you wait times and FP availability. But here's a general idea:

Radiator Springs - this will have a long wait and FP will likely be gone. There's a single rider option though, or you can save it for another day.

Saorin - likely to have FP available depending on how busy it is.

Toy Story - FP on this ride is so new I'm not sure how fast they run out, but standby will be long so if no FP are left I would save it for another day.

Grizzly River Run - depends on weather, but often lines get short after sunset. FP is also likely to be available.

California Screaming - FP will likely be available and sometimes the wait isn't too bad. Single rider is also available. The ride will close during WoC.

Tower of Terror (if it's open) - since it will be new, I would save this for another day when you arrive in the morning. You can try for FP, but I imagine they will go quickly for a while after opening.

Goofy Sky School - usually has a relatively short wait and FP available. I think there's also a single rider option.

Monsters Inc Ride - I would expect a short/reasonable wait.

Little Mermaid - usually not a long wait.

Mickey fun wheel - the wait depends on if you want a swinging gondola or a stationary one. When I went the stationary ones had a shorter wait. I think it was under 30 minutes, but it sure felt slow.

Golden Zephyr - usually a short wait.

A lot of wait times and pulling for fast passes will depend on the dates you are going. There is really no slow time anymore, but more of busy and extremely busy. Odds of you getting a FP for radiator Springs Racer is not very good. I'm going to guess since TOT will be newly up and running the FP will go quick and that is also my guess for Toy Story Mania. But there should be some FP available for Goofys, California Screaming, and Grizzly. You can pull a FP for world of color when you get there, depending on time of year there might be 2 shows.

Have a magical time!
