late April/early May--60th?

We have AP's that expire May 10th and I was hoping to make one more trip on them before they expire and be able to experience the 60th celebration. I also want to avoid the marathon crowds, so it would have to be even earlier. I have read the guesses about 60th celebration starting around May 15th. Any predictions of things starting earlier? We live in the PNW, so having AP's again isn't very practical, unfortunately. Thanks for any input!

I'm going that first week in May too and have been keeping my ear to the ground on the 60th. I haven't heard of anything before the 15th either, but one HUGE plus is most of the refurbs (minus Peter Pan & Materhorn) will be complete by then,
Which is good enough for me!
