Trying to guage how much we might be able to get done. We should arrive about 2pm, check in at RPR, settle in. Probably get to the Studios park about 4-4:30. Early June, midweek, closing at 9pm.

Do you think we would be able to do Shrek, Mummy, Jaws, Simpsons, MIB by closing given we are staying onsite, or is that pushing it?

Since you are staying on-site, you should have no problem getting all of those done and more. We have been twice and love the Front of the Line privilege. We are going 2nd week in June.

Completely agree. :thumbsup2

Thanks all! I'm slowly trying to shrug off my WDW gotta-plan-that-fastpass-strategy, staying-one-step-ahead-of-the-crowd mentality. I think I'm going to like the Big U! Other than arrival day, my plan now consists of:

1. Survive Potter;
2. Relax and enjoy!

Good question - mine is similar. We will be there August 30th and arrive at our hoitel by 11am. If we go around 4-430 to pick up our passes (we have 4 day passes) which park should we hit up for a few hours? Any strategies?

The parks will be closing earlier at the end of August. I don't know if I would waste a day on the ticket. IOA closes at 8pm and the Studios closes at 6pm...maybe you could spend the evening at CityWalk instead of going to IOA that evening. But...if you wanted to go to a park, the obvious choice is IOA since you'll have more time to tour.
