I have bought into dvc twice and never received them...Do you only get them if you buy onsite?

I think they gave them out at one point (I think they still do) for doing the DVC tour. I did my own research and have a staff member who owns DVC, so I called her guide. YES I ACTUALLY sought out DVC NOT the other way around. I also knew you got the FP for the tour. I told him this will be the easiest sale you ever get but I still want the FP and your word I will get them before I sign, he said no prob, we did the deal. Well the last few times we were here we really didn't need them and just missed meeting our guide, but I got in contact with him before this trip and he said no prob....wife picked them up yesterday. From my understanding they are not the easiest to get you hands on as he couldn't have them sent to the resort we had to get them at SSR I'm just impressed how he stuck to his word that he made BEFORE we bought and came through, he could easily say sorry we can't do that now. I also added on twice with him and again I contacted him....he hasn't had to do much but he always gets back to me in a timely manner when I have a question.

I have a 8 and 6.5 year old, both will be available for marriage in about 15 years. However I have to warn you the 8 year old is a Vikings Fan (simply b/c he likes to get under my skin) I will pick up the tab for the wedding if your dd can keep my ds out of trouble.

Went to EPCOT today and to our surprise the kids wanted to go to all the countries........worked out good for us. Pics to follow but was surprised to see the kids prefer to the kidscot thing than rides. James (middle son) scored a kiss from Jasmine.........yeah Dad is jealous. WHO would have thought the French wouldn't have a single thing about the Tour de France? Of course they never win but still

Wedding at WDW? Hey, with DVC you got it covered. Our DD just got married at WDW last year. We banked-and-borrowed and booked a Grand Villa at OKW for four nights and had the wedding there. Of course, this wasn't a great big wedding, mostly family and close friends, but still -- we had the wedding and reception all right there. Went across the street to the golf course and took some great pictures after the ceremony.

I am a huge Packer fan, my dad is from WI and we grew up a Packer Household...like I said my ds roots for the Vikings to bug me and to score points with my DH who is a Vikings Fan, go figure.

A hockey playing DD you must be over the moon about that.! Hockey is king in these parts.

My wife and I were just talking and like EPCOT and DHS better than MK for the kids. Less stressful and the kids seem to like it more too. They are adding some stuff to DHS it will be interesting to see what it is. If they add a few more things for kids I think that park will be awesome. Something to offset the popularity of Toy Story ride.

As far as EPCOT goes thatis my favorite park. We are going back tomorrow as the kids want to do some more of the kidcot stuff. The inovation stuff is awesome for the kids, and if it is hot EPCOT has the most AC areas than any park IMO.

While I like MK, i agree with you about DHS and Epcot. Epcot in particular has such a laidback feel to it which fits my personality quite well. I think that is what i like about all the parks, they all have their own feel to them.

We spend the day at DHS and the kids love it there. Saw Indy Jones, Stunt Show, Playhouse Disney, Beauty and the Beast, Jedi training, HS musical tribute (daughter was disapointed she thought it was going to be the actual HS people), and Toy Story about 6 times. We didn't get to to muppet show and a few other things. My daughter was pouting over having to see Indy then after we went she was pouting that we were not going to watch again.

Oh yeah the boys loved the Jedi training thing. My youngest son had his hand in the air when they asked for volunteers...the Jedi looked at him and my son yelled "not me da da not me"....what a dork! I had tears in my eyes, they picked a young autistic child in a wheel chair to participate. It was so neat, I was standing near his mother and when his father was helping him attack Darth Vader I looked over and saw the pride and tears come from her..........very touching moment. We also saw a "make a wish" family....really was a day to appreciate the things in life that we have. I wish I would have had the camera for the Jedi training thing.

My DD's 7-9 love DHS also. The 9 year old loves the thrill rides (as I do) Tower of Terror and Rockin' Rollercoaster. I agree that it is a very good park for childeren and getting better.

Yeah that is what I meant by the stunt show....my middle son loves it, the littlest loved the 5min he was awake for and my daughter has not made it yet.

Last year in June we got lucky enough to "preview" the Cars/Matter character, they were doing some trials with them. I thought the kids were going to jump out of their skin with excitement. We had a CM ask us if we wanted to see them and I'm thinking....this I gotta see how are they going to do Cars characters Boy I thought Disney hit it out of the park with these two. I don't know if anyone has seen them move but they drove out to the spot and that was also pretty cool.
