You even spent some time with Stitch. Yes I do think he is growing on you.


Love the PP magic shots, I need to get some of those. I still need to visit with Gaston. I have seen some videos and they are as hysterical as visits with the steps.

I loved the pictures from the riverboat. We haven't done that in years either but maybe next time. Tiki birds and Pirates are always favorites. Great report as always. I've been more of a lurker this year but do read.

Those are some great pictures from the Liberty Belle! I can't remember the last time I rode that. Very nice of you two to give up your seats.

You're right. That area near It's A Small World is always congested. For some reason, there are times when the crowds don't seem to move there.

Very cool that you were able to meet with two DISers on your last day. You and Mark are DISboard celebs!

Kathy I've been on the disboards for years but rarely post, but feel a need to tell you how much I've enjoyed your trip report!

I feel we have a few things in common. I live northern Illinois and also had hubby lose job-I mean "laid off' after 36 years!! Basically retired now. Thank goodness I'm much younger(10+) and work full time. Raising two teenagers we haven't seen Disney for awhile

I even have my husband hooked on reading your report. I'll tell him "she posted something new. You got to check it out!" We love all your pictures, Mark shirts and his happy look no matter what you're doing. With all the people you know and meet and the things you do I can tell you must be the sweetest couple traveling to Disney.

You seem to be having a great last day! I'm not sure if I've ever done the riverboat ride (maybe when I was little). Maybe we'll take a ride on it in April - I'll be 27 weeks when we go, and will probably be wanting to rest a little more than usual!

We wanted to do the boat for the first time and the Tiki Birds again this last trio and didn't have time for either! Isn't it crazy how much time you can spend there and not come close to seeing everything?

You are really having a jam packed last day! The Gaston meets always look so entertaining! And you are really racking up the DISer visits this trip, wow!

I just now realized that when I last posted, you were posting too and I was behind again. It's okay though 'cause I'm caught up again. You two were on a roll on your last day and covered some major ground. The pictures of Mark on Dumbo always make me smile. He is such a big kid when it comes to riding Dumbo. The pictures with Lumiere and Sebastian are so cute! I love those!

What a bittersweet final day………..having to leave, but getting to do so many great things! The ferry boats over to the MK is a great way to start, but wow has the view of the Poly changed. And you made it in time for the opening show even! So glad you kept your priorities straight and stopped for a picture with Goofy before heading on to Starbucks. Who could possibly NOT love Goofy………….

The interaction with your favorite blue alien is priceless! Love that he got so many laughs out of you messing with Mark’s hat, after all, Mark’s reputation for hat pictures is renowned and he was probably just assisting by removing the current one to make room for others. And yes, you are such a good wife letting Mark beat you at Buzz. You didn’t even need him to cheat…………………..

Mark always looks so happy in your Disney pictures, but never any happier than when he is riding Dumbo! And it looks like you had a great meet with Gaston also. The picture of him giving Mark bigger muscles is hilarious!

The PPP got some really great magic shot pictures for you. Other than the balloons, I don’t think I have seen any of those before.

Haunted Mansion is always a must do, and it has been a while since I did Liberty Belle……….might be time again. And woohoo for another DISmeet getting to meet Erika!

Oh, I love the MK opening show (I wish DL did something similar) - I haven’t seen it in such a long time. Hopefully this summer!

Loving all the MK pictures. It’s funny though - we haven’t been since 2013, and we have been to DLR multiple times since our last WDW vacation. I think I’m going to be befuddled at the MK this summer - everything is just slightly different from DL. I’ll be looking all over Tomorrowland for Star Tours!

Love your pictures with Stitch! What a really fun morning you were having despite it being the last visit to MK of the trip.

You got some really cool pictures of the Dumbo details. Loved seeing those!

Looks like a great meet with Gaston! I am so excited to finally meet him this summer!

We eat healthy in our house, but I’m with you; vacation is for chips and candy!

As we passed the Tangled area, I told Mark we had to look for the hidden Pascals:

Mark was feeling some hunger pains, so we stopped at the little place across from the Liberty Square Riverboat. Mark went with the healthy option and I did not:

I dunno. That phone would probably be kinda crunchy.

After we finished our snack, we decided to get on the Liberty Square Riverboat. It's probably been a good 10 years since we had done this (it's always closed in September when we are there).

I don't think I've ever done this with the kids. But I love the viewpoints you got. I'll have to try and get there next time.

Good job on the DIS meet!

Mark would get no sword fight this time after Pirates.

MK looks a lot less crowded this day than earlier in the week.

We've been in MK who knows how many times and have never done the riverboat. We probably won't do it next trip either.

Sad your trip is coming to an end.... maybe now I can work on finishing mine.
