Last trip for our military family-going big! Am I missing anything?

We are a military family and are stationed in Vegas for the last two years. We grew up in Anaheim and have lived in OC our whole lives. We've been pass holders for more years than I can count...up until 2 years ago. We will be getting new orders soon and will be going to the northern east coast. December will be our last trip to Disneyland for who knows how long. I cry just thinking about it. Therefore, we are going big! We are staying at GCH theme park view and doing Surf's Up, the holiday tour, Fantasmic Seating, WOC dinner (don't know where...we aren't foodies), and Studio 365 makeovers for my 2 daughters (we've done BBB before). I'm going to try to steer the Mark Twain as my daughters have never done it. Am I missing anything else that is a must? I don't want to miss out on anything or regret not doing something. With as many times as we have gone, it's easy to look over something great. Know what I mean? Thanks for any help or ideas.

Wow, you have a lot of the biggies down already! Goofy ' s kitchen? Walk in Walt ' s footstep tour? Concierge level at GCH? I think you'll have an amazing trip with what you reserved already!

Riding in the Lily Belle would be another thing to add to the list.

I think Ralph Brennan's does a gingerbread house workshop during the holidays, so you might want to look into that.

Make sure to get the certificate when you pilot the Mark Twain (the first time I did it back in 2008, the CM didn't give me a certificate, but I got one when I did it in May) and sign the guest book.
