Ha! Thank you? I figured I would get up check my email, the DIS, shut down the computer and be on my merry way. It took me the whole drive to the airport and now I'm on the shuttle back to the terminal before I got through all your bloody chatter!

Mum's ok. She's just frazzled.
She was driving along and a car pulled out from its parking space in front of her.
She's just a bit fragile. suffice to say she's been in bad accidents and has PTSD from work related incidents.
Headlight, indicator all dinged in and the side bumper panel crumpled. Main bumper seems ok which is good. Bonnet only a bit bent.

Thank you. And thankyou to everyone else for your best wishes. She's still quite anxious. Not sure why. Just past events flashback? Oh well. Insurance call the other driver at fault so that's good. Hope the car isn't out of action too long though.

We went first thing in the morning which was good for photo taking but with noone else around It was a bit of nerves. it's funny. Once loads of people are stomping around on it such that there's more weight on it it feels safer...lol...

50ft. Hard to picture as I'm all metric but if I think that's about 9 people high...that's a long way you ok? I know it was a while ago...but I mean was there any long term damage?

I'm just out at the design build trade expo. Rather boring though. Not many freebies or interesting displays. Oh well. Only cost transport I guess. And starbucks though... as I have a slight addiction. I used to go to independent cafes Miss 'real coffee' down in snobby Melbourne. But starbucks is good. And sentimentally overrides when I pass one.

Will go look around the CBD now.
