So long as they had fun.
If you don't mind me asking was it pricy??

Digital Learning Hub at Southbank, located where the Australian Ballet building is. I'll have to unpack my pictures and post the room for you to see. Maybe tomorrow or so.

The price was $27 per kid. A minimum of $270, if we had less than 10 kids. Compared to going to the alternative....which was to do go-kart and 2 rounds of laserforce...of $40 per kid.

Not bad :)
Glad you had fun too...
Always a bonus.
At my ice skating party a girl hurt her knee and went to hospital...
Nothing serious at all....but not ideal.

We haven't tried ice skating as a party idea. It just seems more of a girlie thing to do.

We had a swimming party at the indoor swimming pool for DS's 7th or 8th birthday. One of the boys got hurt going down the water slide. We had to call the parents! They came but weren't worried because he apparently has managed to hurt himself for practically every party he's been to. They got to the pool within 10 minutes and by that stage, he was back up and playing with the others!

I swore I would never do any type of party where the attendees could get hurt. So, the next year, we had the party at home and called in the wild animal man. The parrot bit that kid's finger. :lmao:

lol...I know it's a hard thing. Especially with so many bubble wrapped kids (trust me....I'm one of them...)
I had ice skating, pizza hut (remember when they were actual restaurants!), plaster painting, ten pin bowling.....hmmm...mind is blank on others.
I went to a party at the Sydney Olympic Park pool...that was nice

So long as it was fun :)

Don't know.....he seems to be pretty accident prone and indestructible. On second thoughts....there were heaps of cables running through the place. ;)

I quite like him and his parents.

 As long as you're not stressing too much. You know we're here.
I know. There's a lot of crap he's dealing with. Which makes him tired and ill...and leads to stress on both sides. So we don't have the talks we need to have.
They've just pulled apart where he works so he wants to transfer back to where he was :( He doesn't need this....
But....
We're trying to plan.........

Got some Macaron's at Baroque in Rocks in Sydney yesterday to try and lift the spirits. $2.50 a pop but oh so good.....

No not for that kind of wrap , just so when he goes he don't get hurt. I agree there are to many parents who do that. Queenie , know idea what your talking about but I am here.
