I guess that's pretty glib...but there's not much I can do to help out from here.

Yeah. I keep getting that in different forms from all different people in my life. Three friends of mine got jobs today. But not me.

I'm sitting here looking at a pile of crap...literally. DS really wants a lolly bag to give his friends as part of his birthday party.

We're going to a place that lets kids make their own music video. They get to spend 90 minutes putting something together and then at the end, they get a copy of their work. I think the CD/DVDs are sent to them a bit later. That's Saturday! I'm going to have to last from the smart phone.

That sounds neat, I bet they will have alot of fun.

I keep hoping (not really the praying type)....that one day I'll turn on the Dis and read that you got a job.

Yeah, I'm not really the praying type either. My mom keeps telling me to "have faith" and I'm like "In what?" Every job I apply for tells me I'm overqualified (fast food, retail, etc) or underqualified with no experience (hospitality, retail, office work).

No not yet, the neighbors were partying and it was so loud and they were jumping up and down on the floor. They live up stairs. I kept chris awake till 12 and he has to get up at 5:30. I just needed to vent. Chris has a daughter that he just recently found out about and he talked to her for the first time on tuesday. It was exciting.

Not sure when, she lives in Oklahoma. I did tell Chris that it is important that we dont want to wait to long. Yeah find the money for that, we have a mini vaca for chris bd in sept and then the cruise in oct

It's the horrible economy that the US has gotten themselves into. It isn't YOU! Remember that it is taking people 40 weeks to get employment right now...and there is at least more than 1 person in 10 unemployed. It isn't YOU!

I know, but I can't wait another six months to find work. I'm hoping that one of the interviews I've had the last week will pan out, even though I'd rather not be a CNA again and the Lane Bryant can't guarantee a minimum number of hours.
