That what I'm wondering, how is packing, is the car loaded yet?

Tomorrow morning at around 5:30AM we leave. The suitcases are pretty much packed. Right now I'm listening to a conference call on one of our investments. As soon as that is over, we'll run the errands outside of the house. When I have a helper, I'm going to unload the car from yesterday and then the suitcases will go into the car.

Most of the stuff I have left, is things like cleaning the kitchen, picking up our tax documentation from the accountant, get Fran some new tips for her canes, order me some new glasses for reading music...just simple things, oh yeah and have the rest of our meals for the day, and the cats too!

I need a personal assistant to help pack and unpack those are the worst jobs. I usually try to do the laundry the same day. I think going back to vegas in june I will use the laundry room to some before that way it wont be so bad. Oh shoot I forgot to pack to stow away. I will catch up using tims lawn mower. Hey I will make money on my way mowing the lawns its spring should make enough on my way.

Actually this investment will be losing a boatload of money, however, if it sells we can cash out due to the fact that it was inherited. I guess having some cash is better than a document that says you own part of a building whether it is worth 25 million or 100 million.

I agree as the real estate market is not very good.

I wouldn't have such a negative attitude. If you invest in real estate the market has been great for a few years. After all the name of the game is buy low, sell high. Just like comedy the key is timing, and there has been a lot of opportunity out there.

Here in ca its still not great. I can tell you vegas is still horrible I can not begin to tell you how many homes are sitting empty on just about every street. Its sad.

I not being negative I hope the housing market turns around real soon. Its just some places are still not in good shape for buying or selling.

Actually the property manager was saying that we bought when the market was high. At this point we are trying to sell before the investors have to start paying the maintenance fees.

I understand. Some places like Vegas were building too much and got caught with their pants down. And then there are places like Michigan that had a huge population decrease and soon an oversupply of sellers. Need to bulldoze some of the extra house to get the supply back in line with demand.

I find it to be even worse with commercial real estate. I wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole.

I was surprised at how much is on the market in the country club estates. Just shocking.
