Oh this is a holiday 09 skymall (but I swear they are the same year after year)

There's stuff from 06/07....

Because of the number of years with my gran here...and my mum being full time carer and full time work...there is quite a backlog of paperwork and mags and articles mum just kept boxing up etc.

BTW - I had a nice surprise on the photoboard. My picture for World Showcase DID make it to final cut.....I might not have any votes for it and most likely finish LAST (wouldn't I like to be able to do that on other threads!!)....but it made it to final cut.

Not really. I've had dinner....we normally have baked jacket potato with all the trimmings for dinner on Tuesday...but I didn't feel like it.
I cooked lasagna for dinner last night and there was some left over. So I heated that up for dinner. Always nice to have comfort food when you're feeling under the weather.

I'm now in bed.

It seems that I have a knack for listening to people and for people just wanting to tell me stuff.

DH travels to Silicon Valley a lot. There will be a next time.

And the best thing is that they are all valid and different. I'm sorry if my opinions on various subjects are wildly different than yours queenie, and I would never mean to belittle them. I was rereading some pages looking for other comments. I reread your post about Westminster abbey and being all dressed up, and no disrespect, but your thoughts on the Royal wedding are SO different from my perspective, I never even gave the venue a second thought. To me it was just another celebrity wedding that was far over media hyped. i I couldn't wait for it to be over.

I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I hope you can understand that even when my opinion is different than yours, I do not find it invalid or any less than others. Kim really got us all behaving very snarky around here. Ironically I think the reason she left was because that behavior turned around and bit her in a completely OT event.
