last time ASMo, this time Pop...right move?

The last time we went to WDW, ASMo was just opened. This time we decided to try Pop because it was the newest resort...Good choice?

I stayed at Pop right after it opened in December. I have stayed at Music many times. Pop is the way to go. Have fun. \\I will be back there in AUgust!

We've stayed at many of the resorts, from deluxe to value - and I must say - All Star Movies is my little girl's favorite place to stay!!! She just loves the atmosphere, and so do we!

We just stayed at the All Star Movies in October and we had a great time! But for our upcoming vacation in July, we're trying the Pop Century!!! We're really excited to be trying the new hotel; and there's a great FAQ on it here on the boards. (And, we're hoping to get to meet Tyler!!!)

We stayed at POP 2 weeks ago and it was GREAT!!! I'm hoping to stay there again in December!

I am still concerned about parking at POP. We have fewer days left on our passes, so we plan on doing more resort activities which means more driving... I don't look forward to walking a mile to the car every day... especially in the summer when I expect it to be really crowded.

We currently have preferred booked so we can be close to the hippy dippy pool/food court. That puts us as far away from parking as we can get.

On the other hand, to get close to parking, we have to be far from the food court/busses...

I'm not sure what to do! ASMu preferred is perfect for everything. Why can't it be that way at POP?

We have stayed in Music, Movies, and Pop Century. I'm glad we stayed in Pop, but of the three our favorite was Movies. It was smaller, and we liked that.

If you think the walk from Broadway, Rock 'n Roll, or especially Country Fair to the main building and bus stops is just fine, then you will be just fine at Pop. I walk from Caribbean Beach (tunnel is past the 50s parking) to Classic Hall at Pop every day, and it never takes me more than 5-6 minutes. So, walking from the parking lot to the 60's will be less than 5 minutes, if even that.

I agree, I walked from one end of the complex to the other in under five minutes. It really isn't that far.
