Last seating time for Cape May character breakfast?

Hi,

I know Cape May is open until 11:00AM, but does anyone know if you can make your PS for 11:00, or what the last time you can make your PS would be for?

I believe in the past you could make a PS up to 10:30, but maybe that's changed. I personally prefer earlier because the food is fresher and filled. I don't know how much would be available at the very end of a buffet (or how fresh it would be).
