Where did you buy the bag from? And was it easy to iron on?

TIA,
Michele

how did you do the journal pages, is there white space or did you print on both the front and back of the paper? I am really looking forward to making a journal from Natalies shared pages, they are so great!! All your stuff looks wonderful, I am woking on my tshirts now. :laundy:

I got the bag from Oriental Trading. They are a dozen for $19.95. 4 colors in a pack. It is a cotton bag and was very easy to iron on. You can do it just like a shirt.I had 4 godaughters go in July, so everyone got two bags.

There is a white page in the middle for three reason. One I am lazy and it was the quick way to print. The other is that my son takes tons of pics. So now he has two scrapbook pages in between each set. It was also very easy to put inorder that way. So I was able to group the pages by land.

Thanks and good luck on making your journal and shirts. It's lots of work but, well worth it in the end.

Yes I think the pages are out of site. Natalie has out done herself on them. I did use them all. I made 1 book per park. It's a reat way for ds to work on wh questions.

Fantastic! I wasn't sure whether to split them up into parks or not? I am going to be making 4 though so would cost a lot more on binding (its slightly more expensive for that in the UK costing anywhere between £7 and £10 per book.

I can't help myself though I love the pages that much that I have already bought in 600 sheets of Matte Photo Paper to use as ordinaray copy paper just wouldn't have cut it really. I have three ink cartriages which will hopefully be enough for all my projects- but more than likely not seeing as I keep seeing more things that I am adding to my project list daily! DH just rolls his eyes at me now when I say "look what else I have found!"

But the journals are a definate must for me as they will definately be a fantastic keep sake and I want to use them to help my sons with questions as well and will be a great show and tell piece at their schools!

I just now need to figure out how to print and organise them all!

Looks like we are in the same boat. I did do 4 journals. One for each park. It was a little less confusing. Ds is hoping Natalie gets the last one done before we leave. I have one full ink cartidge put aside for this. Mk took an entire ink cartridge. But ds loves the park.

Oh no MK took a full ink cartridge? Better not DH know then eh? :rotfl:

I did do an approx costing for Staples to print as well but it was just ridiculously expensive 400 colour pages printed and bound into 4 books ( that was until Natalie done more pages LOL) £163 -which would be approx $330??

All in the name of magic though eh???:thumbsup2

Tell me about it. The ink cost is our little secret. I will never let dh find out. He only gets to see the finished product. He just tells me that we will have a suitcase full of books.:rotfl:
My son is Natalie's biggest fan.:lmao: So doing all 86 pages for Mk was a must.I pay for piece of mind because he will sit and write on every single page.
But I would not let Staples print it. That would be much to $$$. I loaded all the pages in Microsoft Task launcher by park and just let it print. I put them in order by sets facing each other and took it to Staples like that.So they just cut and bound. Laminations are now .49 cents. So I laminated the cover. Just a little tip.

Yes I think I may have to keep the cost a secret from DH as well!:lmao:

I'm hoping to print double sided to keep the paper cost down but I know this will be more time consuming and confusing for me as I am not really a computer expert but will have to give it a go as the finished result will be fantastic as I can already see by yours!

I'm off on holiday with a girlfriend on Sat to Spain for a few nights so everything is coming to a hault until I get back but as soon as I do it will be full steam ahead as I have TONS I still have to sort out!!!

Thanks again for sharing!
