When you completed your purchase you should have gotten a screen that said Thank you and here are your promo codes followed by instructions on where to redeem them as well as a follow up email with the same thing.

I never got that page either or an email. When I paid with Paypal it went back to the original page to order from (but it did charge my paypal account)

Sounds like this was not handled correctly to me

I paid via paypal but I did get the codes. About 10 minutes later I got an email also.
