Hi everyone! Hope you are having a good Thursday before the long weekend. On the last night of the cruise, they usually give you luggage tags to fill out for your luggage. Does anyone know what information needs to go on that luggage tag and also what the different characters equate to which deck floors? Thank you all!!

We walked off with our luggage. We found this to be a great option. It was super easy and we didn't have to put it out the night before or wait for our group to be called.

We tried to leave ours blank. Figured we have luggage tags with contact info. State room host wrote last name, room #,and bag 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc. Pick up locations are organized by character when over by customs.

Wonderful. Thank you! Love the idea of either walking off with luggage or preprinted labels.

I'm not sure that it's the same between cruises. I think it may be somewhat random and perhaps based on the number of people disembarking and where their room is and whether they are expected to be disembarking early or later (based on early/later dining).

Wonderful. Thank you! Love the idea of either walking off with luggage or preprinted labels.

Don't forgot that, if you are taking your luggage off, you'll need to take it all down to breakfast (if you're having breakfast) and there's little room to put it, and that you'll probably want to take the teeny-tiny elevators (at least they'll seem like that if you put yourself and all your luggage into it) and lots of others will want to be taking the elevators too. Most people only take off their luggage themselves if they're trying to get off early to make an early flight. It can be a real pain taking it off yourself if you don't need to. Next time, I'm going to try to remember preprinted labels - I think that's a great idea.

If you are flying Delta you can check you luggage on the ship to your final destination. Luggage fees apply but it was great to set the luggage out Friday night and not have to mess with it until we arrived home. Some restrictions apply, your mileage may vary.

to clarify you must register for this service and be taking DCL transfers back to MCO and your flight has to be after 11:30ish. You can't just check your bags if you are taking non DCL transportation to the airport. the program is called Onboard Airline Check In (OAC) and must be registered for before the end of the cruise. DCL will check you in and you will receive your boarding passes and airline luggage tags in your cabin. You put your checked bags outside your room the night before the cruise ends and you won't see your luggage again until your home airport.
