Last minute trip to WDW! Will there be any rooms left at Value resorts?

We just (5 minutes ago) decided to try and go the first of Nov.. Will there be any rooms available at AS or PC value resorts? Any discounts available? We must stay on site, and cheap. I'm so excited! (If we can find a room)

I would just call now and book it. Last year (on the Friday of columbus day weekend) we decided to go to WDW (we had AP's). It was 5:30 pm and all they had was ASSp-at rack rate. We were checking in at 10pm and paid $99 a night!!!

Not sure what dates you are looking for, but All Star Movies is available Nov 1 to 8. The other All Stars and all moderates are booked. The only other resort that came up was Fort Wilderness.

There's some rooms at the Downtown Disney resorts that have specials for early Nov. It seems like the room situation gets pretty tight starting around 11/6 or 11/7, with all the stuff going on that weekend. Good luck!

PC (Pop Century) does not open until December. Let us know how you do.

Just call and see what is available now. If what you want is not available then call each morning when they open for several days and you will probably be able to get a room.

We did this once for a last minute trip. I wanted any of the All Stars (really hoping for movies) for a Star Wars Weekend in May and I didn't have any luck for several days...all sold out. On the 3rd day I called I had my choice of All Stars so we got our room at the Movies and had a great trip.

I see on the Disney website that rooms are available, so I'm going to book it tomorrow after my wife gets vacation time confirmed. I want Nov. 1-7, so I'm booking Nov. 2-7 to get value season rates, and then booking Nov. 1 at reg. season rate.

What's going on the 7th and 8th? Is that the soaps weekend?

That is soap weekend plus food & wine festival. Plus Veteran's Day weekend. I'm not sure if that's the week that NJ kids have off school.

I would call today and put a hold on it. You have up to 14 days to either call back and give a credit card for a deposit or mail the deposit.
