I'm thinking of taking my girls (28, 22, 22) to Disney for a lady minute girls' trip before they scatter to the ends of the earth. Looks like the only time we can do it is late June/ early July. All the parks look solidly booked up. Any ideas for us or should I pick a different destination?

Reservations may or may not open up. There is no guarantee. It really depends if you’d be happy being at Disney and not going to any parks as there is a possibility that could happen.

Also, I believe if no park reservations are available you won’t even be able to purchase a ticket. This means that if a reservation opens you will need to
Purchase a ticket before Being able to make park reservations.

Lots to consider when making your decision.

Check the park availability calendar for open dates.

The dates I'm looking at are pretty solidly booked up except for epcot. We could do epcot and a couple universal days.

Other posters suggested park hopping.

But if you don't want to hit up Epcot every day to park hop, you can just wait until noon to visit the parks. Reservations open up day of. AK opens up at noon. Hollywood Studios and MK open up at 1PM.

Morning of, go have breakfast, go to Disney Springs, hit the pool. At 11:50AM drive to AK, make reservations to AK at 12PM (sometimes it takes a minute or two to update), and go right in. It isn't guaranteed especially around busy holiday weekends, but this has worked the last 2-3 months for me.

I say this because if you decide to park hop to AK after 2PM it's less hours you're getting at the park. I'd rather be there from 12 to 6-7pm instead of 4 hours and not everyone wants to wait until 2 to park hop. Downside is that your schedule is pretty much up in the air and it can be frustrating doing last minute plans.

Last week, reservations have opened up every day starting in the afternoon. The start time depends on which park is of your interest.

After talking to my girls, I decided to try for the end of July instead. There's still park availability
