Last Minute Travel disney premium character dining

anyone purchase their premium character dining voucher from LMT??

wondering if you are locked into the date that you choose or are flexible as long as disney dining has an opening. spoke with ARES rep and they said that their vouchers are flexible as long as disney dining has space.

would you just present either voucher at Ariels Grotto??
