Trying to convince DH that a Disney trip would be

We leave for Disney in less than 2 weeks--last night, I got a call from my mother, who all of the sudden wants to come too. Well, I checked the Disney site to see what's available, and Not a room is available for the days we will be there. She offered to stay in our room (which thrilled DH, by the way, lol) but I don't think that is do-able, because we are staying at POR, and I thought the maximun occupancy is 4 people, which we have...so I don't think they will allow that, and to be honest, the idea doesn't thrill me either--I like my space, and from what I read the rooms aren't gigantic to begin with.
Do you think if I called CRO they would have something even though nothing is coming up on the disney website?
I am sort of in a bind, because when I told her the 4 person limit and no rooms showing up online, she started acting all "suuuuure there aren't--if you don't want me to go just say so"
A guilt trip wasn't what I was planning on
DH did find a room online at the Hilton, which appears to be near Downtown Disney. She doesn't want to stay too far away and "feel left out" and wants to do exactly what we are doing (parks, etc.) so if she did go for the Hilton near Downtown Disney--is it actually on the property? would she need to rent a car or can those folks at the Downtown Disney places use Disney transportation too?
Oy...I don't want to kiss our fun, stress-free Disney vacation that we were hoping for good-bye before we even get there...
