Last minute rental needed...

Husband was just able to get time off at Christmas time. He said if I can find a place we can go to WDW! I need a 3 bedroom townhome, condo, or house with fairly affordable rates for December 26-January 2 this year. Any suggestions? You guys are usually so helpful, so I appreciate your time...

You'll do better price wise by going direct. I like www.vrbo.com and www.homeaway.com.
If you can be flexible: apartment, townhouse, villa, I believe you will find lots of good choices, even for that busy week. Have fun hunting and have a great holiday vacation!

An alternative to a condo might be www.lbvorlandoresort.com

We are staying in a 2 bedroom unit right now and it is absolutely beautiful! It was a little difficult to find because the address wasn't in our gps but once we did find it, we were more than pleased. I have NEVER had more room in a "hotel" than we have here.....The master bedroom is larger than the first apartment my husband and I had!

We have two baths, one jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room with pull out sofa, 3 TVs and a dining area.... I could go on and on.

The rate we got was more than reasonable. We got 3 nights here for what one night at beach club would have cost us. DH booked through expedia-not sure if that was cheaper than booking direct or not.

We'll be back here again and hopefully it won't be pouring!

www.hotelkingdom.com I have used them for condo rentals in the past and they are great and usually have pretty good deals. I can recommend Cypress Point Resort, we had a great 2 br condo here, and if you drive thru Downtown Disney, it's a quick ride to the parks!
