Are you talking about VWL? If so, yes, you check in at the main lodge.

We buy the bin of Maxwell House coffee packets. They can be used in either. Not our favorite brand, but very convenient.

You'll get a 3.75 ounce bottle of dish soap and 4 or 5 dishwasher tablets that will be replenished on day 4.

Coffee filters- bucket type, yes you need to bring them (and coffee). You will get one pot of coffee supplied, and an additional one at trash/towel day.

Dishwashing detergent- there is plenty, but if you run out you can call for more. Both the liquid for doing dishes by hand, and the powder for the machine. (except for studios, which don't have the dishwashing mashine)
