Magic does happen

We were at WDW - Memorial Day week.
Cindy's requires a credit card deposit for a PS and must be cancelled 24 hours before - or you will be changed.

Here's my hint

When you are at WDW or 24 hours ahead - call Disney Dining
(if at a WDW resort- call right from your room phone)
You may be able to get a cancellation.

It happened to us.
Memorial Day week - busy time at WDW.
On the Tuesday night we were at the CR my DH had the
brilliant idea to have a CINDY breakfast the next AM.
Well, I called Disney Dining from our CR room at 7:30 PM
Tuesday night. We were able to get an 8:05 AM CINDY
PS for Wednesday - the very next morning

I'm glad it worked for you! Hey, a few years ago as we were coming into the park the CMs were telling people there was availability that morning so yeah, it's possible to get in at the very last minute!
