I am hoping that someone can help me. We are staying at the Carousel Inn. My mother says that there are laundry facilities at the hotel. I can not find anything about that on any of the literature that I have. Does anyone know off hand before I call the hotel?

Thanks so much!!

The information I have on Carousel Inn says Yes, it does have a Laundrymat.

Hope that helps, and have a great trip! :)

From their website, in the "Accomodations" section (http://www.carouselinnandsuites.com/accommodations.htm):

Our 131 deluxe guest rooms and suites feature Queen-sized beds, separate
vanity area, all with refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee maker, hair dryers and iron/ironing boards, enjoy cable TV, plus guest laundry facilities and valet service.

Of course, I don't know what constitutes "guest laundry facilities"--it may be a sink and a bar of soap! ;)

Good luck!

Thanks everyone. Now I just need to pack. Another dilemma... shorts or only long pants. I see that it is 70 or so, I just don't know.

:goodvibes

Consider a pair or two of the convertible pants where the legs zip off to make them into shorts. The GREATEST thing ever invented for iffy weather travel!

I got ours at Sports Authority (adult men and women, although at least the women's sizes run SMALL). Kids' sizes are available at Target and Wal-Mart right now, but I've also seen them at outlets for The Children's Place and The Gap.

The look a little geeky (where's the safari? :confused3 ) with the pant legs ON, but I've looked worse and been a lot more uncomfortable!

That'll be us Dec 14-16--the Zip-Off Family! Cool mornings, warm afternoons, cool evenings. Zip, zip, ZIP! :goodvibes

Happy travels!

We wore long pants the entire trip. And there were times we thought about going and buying sweaters because of how chilly it was in the mornings. It's also pretty cold on Space Mountain!

We packed shorts, but never wore them.

Oh, and if you didn't see my report on the Carousel "overbooking", you might want to call them to make sure you do have a room. They might can go ahead and assign your room so you won't run into that.

Have a fun trip!
