Last minute DISign - Sign request - Ft. Wilderness/Camp or Treat/Allergy

We will be passing out candy at our site at Ft. Wilderness on Halloween and I hope someone will DISign me a sign to print out and post in a document frame on my table. We are handing out blow-pops covered to look like Mickey ghosts. Also we will have other candy hidden away that I have been advised are good ones to have available for children with multiple allergies. I also picked up some stickers, etc.

The text I would like on the sign would be:

ALLERGY NOTICE

The Mickey ghosts are blow-pops.
Allergen info from package: Manufactured on shared equipment with milk and soy containing products. Incidental milk and soy may be present.

Please ask about alternate treats!

Otherwise, I would just like it to have a Disney Halloween theme.

Can anyone help?

I had to do some attempts at this for you...there are so many kids with allergies anymore and it can make things like trick-or-treating very hard. It's nice to see that you are offering alternatives :
