Last Minute Deals?

Has anyone had any luck getting any last minute deals at Disney. I was curious if Disney ever discounts rooms that they obviously will not be able to fill during the off season. I'm sure there will be plenty of empty rooms those first few weeks after Thanksgiving and was looking for the best deal. I am very flexible and was hoping to score some savings. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.
Was rereading my post and didn't want to confuse people, I'm referring to anything different than the the Magic Your Way packages, AP rates or any other discounts that have been published for a while.

Right now bookings are way up at Disney and the first week of December is pretty much sold out at all Disney resorts due to special events that week such as Pop Warner.

You might try the sub forum at the top of this page about Codes and Discounts. The only thing available now is AAA and discounts for those that have an annual pass to the parks but those have to be book 60 days prior to arrival.

I don't think you will see any last minute deals on property.

Well, honestly, I wouldn't count on it. The first week of December seems to be pretty busy at the resorts. I have seen several posts about people not able to get a room on December 3.

Offsite resorts like Gaylord Palms will dump unsold rooms on Priceline. Swan Dolphin will run last minute sales. Currently you can book through dreams unlimited or a travelzoo code and get a $139 rate.
