My brother is planning on joining my wife, infant son, and myself at DLR next week. Over last weekend, he fractured his toe and is hampered in his mobility. Would he qualify for a DAS pass to help since he cannot do long periods on his feet? He will likely not be willing to use a scooter or wheel chair, so we are going to focus on keeping him off his feet as much as possible.

Would he do one of those knee scooters? It is much lower profile than an ECV or wheelchair, but will help keep him from standing on his broken toe.

Someone already answered you, but they don't issue DAS for mobility issues anymore. It has to be something specific that prevents you from waiting in a line. If a wheelchair fixes your issue, then DAS will not be given.
