Last minute booking.

Hello all it has been ages since I have been on here.

I have been planning my August 2020, Jan 2021 and Aug 2021 trip and planning on getting an annual pass etc.....

But I just can't wait and want to go in Aug/Sept this year.

I have never left it so late to book and am kicking myself for not biting the bullet earlier as now I have missed all the good deals.

Flights are ridiculous as are hotels. I want to stay on property, what do you think the chances are of a DVC rental being available as this seems to be my best bet?

I have booked my universal hotel for 3 nights and got a good price on that, any tips or tricks to get a good price on flight or disney will be much appreciated.

Actually I’ve been looking at this summers flights as guide for next year and found a few indirect from Heathrow in August for just under £800 with reasonable 2-3 hour layovers. This is a little less than I paid back in 2014, so I’d say a very good price.

The DVC resellers seem to have been advertising various actual bookings that the owners cannot use for slightly discounted price over a standard rent the points. Might mean a bit of jiggery poker and split stay type but might be worth a look.
