Last minute ADR success?

I recently made a lunch ADR at Le Cellier while riding the boat from Studios to Epcot to go to lunch.

Magic Kingdom is often another matter, because it has so few restaurants.

It takes a bit of luck. In 2016 I got BOG and Victoria and Alberts two weeks before our trip. However I checked the reservation availability every day for about 2 months before we left. I think it also helped that we visited in early February.
