If you miss the limousine bus from NRT to TDR, what options does a person have with large luggage..?

You can take a taxi, of course. Or, you can take the N'EX to Tokyo Station and then take a taxi to TDR. You'll have to price out your options and see which is cheaper. If you're willing to bring your large luggage onto a subway-style train, then you can take the N'EX to Tokyo Station and then take the train to Maihama Station (TDR). It's not a long ride and the train shouldn't be crowded heading to the park at night, but you'll have to hold your luggage.

N'EX is expensive and the transfer at Tokyo station involves a pretty long walk. I don't recommend doing it unless you are using a JR pass on that day for some reason.

It really depends on the exact time that you arrive but you may be able to get a bus to Kaihin-makuhari to transfer to the Keiyo line to Maihama.
The Keisei line from Narita also transfers to the Keiyo line at Higashi-Matsudo.
I advise against any of google's recommendations that involve more than one train transfer or a bus to bus transfer.

Indeed. It's about a 15 minute walk. But, if the original poster doesn't like taxis, then it's an option. And if they have a JR pass, then it's a free option, too.

I have the opposite problem. I have a 10PM out of HND, and I think the Limo Bus stops around 6PM. But I could be reading the schedule wrong. We'll have three bags and don't want to lug them onto trains.

How much would a taxi be? we would be 2 people with 2 large luggage, 2 carry on and 2 personal items?

Some online reports (reddit) saying it can be 20k yen, seems rough, but reasonable given the trip length.

That wouldn't surprise me. A taxi from TDR to Hibiya was 7500 JPY when I was there in October. That trip was about 18km. The trip from NRT to TDR is about 58km. If all kilometers were equal, then the cost for a taxi from NRT to TDR would be about 24,000 JPY. Not all kilometers are equal, though. There's more traffic and lower speed limits in the Tokyo, so the cost per kilometer will be somewhat cheaper coming from the airport.

I think the last bus now leaves DisneySea at 7:30PM and Disneyland at 7:40PM. Since you'd arrive at HND around 8:30PM, it actually works out for a 10PM flight. If you have a checked bag, you might even want to take the 7PM bus.

For public transit, I would recommend taking the Keisei train to Higashi-Matsudo station and the Musashino line to TDR. Avoid trains that go all the way into central Tokyo.

I've never used the Keisei train from Narita. Do they have luggage storage like the N'EX does?

No. The Keisei lines that get you to Higashi-Matsudo are regular type trains. You just keep your luggage near your feet on the train.

We used the Klool app to book airport transportation in Osaka and got a better price than taxis.
