Last day - What time leave park to catch DME at resort?

Hi, I have a 4:00 flight home, and would like to visit either HS or AK in the a.m. What time should I catch the bus out of the park to get back to POR in time to board DME to MCO?

You need to be out in front of the hotel 15 minutes early and you will probably be picked up around 1pm -ish, so you will need to be ready with your bags out in front of hotel by 1245pm. I usually allow one hour to get back to resort, collect my bags from Bell Services, and use the restroom. This one hour also includes that 15 minute wait. Remember to allow enough time to get from the back of the park to the bus stop and you will have to sit through the multiple stops at POR as well. So I would estimate 1145am to be leaving the park.

I agree with the PP, but I would add the caveat that I'd be at the bus stop no later than 11:45 am. Not just heading out of the park, but actually at the bus stop by then.
