The person who called me just immediately gave me the code, no discussion or justification needed. So my feeling is that if you were promised a call back, that's what you'll get as well. Fingers crossed!
I would call or try the online chat and ask for a manager to call back. I think it's fair to hold them to that, especially since this could have been avoided entirely if their website were working.

I did end up calling back yesterday afternoon and at first they were like you can said an email or write a letter with my complaint and that kinda got me going about their poor customer service.
So they put me on hold and another person came on and said I wasn't on his call back list after going over it with him he gave me the code to use at the ticket booth.
Nice to get the code but not impressed with their customer service.
