Last day of trip, maybe visit to a park, what to do with luggage

I know that if you arrive before Check-In at a Disney Resort they will hold your luggage. Will they do the same on the day of Check-Out.

Our flight won't leave until 5:00 pm or later, so we plan on visiting a park, DisneyQuest, Downtown Disney, whatever since we'll have plently of time before our departing flight.

The Disney Resorts will hold your luggage for you if your flight leaves later than your check-out. We have dropped off our luggage several times and they always say "No Problem". They will give you a claim ticket to retrieve your luggage when you are ready to leave.
