Last day at DL: in Fridays torrential downpour or Saturdays

Which do you think is the better day to go? The weather looks brutal lol. We are thinking hit Friday rain and hope they don't close but enjoy the short lines? Saturday I'm assuming will be super busy with presidents weekend.

As of right now, Friday looks much worse. The thing with these weather reports is that they are often off by a day or a few hours. You almost have to wait until the actual day to decide if you want to go. If you can get there early Friday and get everything done that you want to do right away, you may not be too concerned with heavy rain later in the day. If I had the rain gear, I'd go on Friday. If I didn't have rain gear, I'd probably wait until Saturday and just deal with the crowds.

I was just at Disneyland from 2/9 through 2/14. The weather looked like it was supposed to rain all day Friday (2/10). In actuality, it didn't start raining until late afternoon. But this did deter people from coming into the park. Saturday, despite being overcast and chilly in the morning, was crazy busy in the afternoon and especially later that night with the Main Street Electrical Parade and Fireworks.

I had chatted with some CM on the 9th about the impending weekend weather and they all said come to the park. Even the threat of rain will keep a lot of locals at home.

The crowds, overall, on that Friday were pretty good. But as a pp poster has indicated, get there early. On Sunday the 12th, there was beautiful weather. I got to DL for rope drop and was able to basically do 6 rides in Fantasyland in a little over an hour. My longest wait was Peter Pan (first ride) and then Alice (only about 10 minutes). Glad I did those early, because later in the day, it was super busy.

Just pack some ponchos or an umbrella and have fun! Maybe find some inside attractions/shows to attend if it does rain hard.
